Shafer Law Firm was founded in 1995 by Thomas H. Shafer, Jr. The practice included personal injury, worker’s compensation, and insurance disputes. In 1996, the firm began representing several hospitals including St Francis Hospital in Greenville, SC and Habersham County Medical Center in Demorest, GA. Through the years, the practice expanded to represent many types of businesses including: doctors, dentists, credit card issuers, attorneys, accountants, credit unions, fence companies, telecom, chiropractors, and debt buyers. Our firm specializes in recovery of accounts receivable and insurance benefits.
